Description
Samuel Goldwyn (1879-1974) Filmmaker. Goldwyn was a Hollywood film producer who laid the groundwork for the Paramount and MGM movie studios. 8 ½” x 11” typed legal agreement signed, American Play Company, June 29, 1925. The agreement assigns the motion picture rights to the play Potash and Perlmutter to United Studios and modifies the contact to the play Partners Again. Approved by Goldwyn and also signed by playwright Montague M. Glass (1877-1934), theatrical producer A. H. Woods (1870-1951) and playwright Jules Eckert Goodman (1876-1962). Paper-loss in the upper right corner.
