Tiffany & Co. Late Victorian Solid Sterling Silver 3.25" Perfume Bottle W/High-Relief & Incised Floral Motif - This goregous, rare piece was handmade by Tiffany & Co. in the late 1800s. The perfume bottle is made of solid sterling silver, and has a stunning, high-relief floral motif with incised details. The back of the piece is monogrammed "1889" and with the initials "T.E.L." The bottle is stamped "T & Co. Sterling" at the bottom of the piece. The piece is in excellent condition for its age, as the hinged lid is strong and secure. The bottle shows no dings or dents, and measures 3.25" long and 0.75" wide. These pieces are becoming harder and harder to find by collectors, as they simply don't exhist anymore. In 2011 and 2012 when gold and silver prices were up, most of these pieces were sold for melt. Now, in today's market, these pieces are selling for thousands. Over the last 15 years, these types of pieces made by Tiffany have continued to skyrocket in value, and have truly become some of the best investment items in today's market.
