A collection of flaked-stone artifacts from Tennessee including projectile points, biface cores and preforms, a groundstone ax, an intact crinoid fossil and micaceuos fire cracked rock. Projectile points include an intact Kirk Stemmed Point and a nearly intact Kirk Corner-Notched (7500 to 6500 BC); an Adena Point missing its tip (1500 to 700 BC); two Adena points re-sharpened and re-shaped into end scrapers; an Adena Point re-worked into a drill; several point bases from the Dickson Contracting Stem Cluster (Adena variant 1500 BC to 500 AD); and 8 smaller arrow-sized, side-notched stemmed points. Some of the smaller points are clearly re-worked larger points. The crinoid fossil is the cast of an ancient marine tube worm. with a naturally central hole. Crinoid segments were common forms of pre-Columbian beads.
