Brass scroll or ribband above star device bearing motto in Cyrillic text. Yellow superfine wool bag on top. Maroon silk lining wit adjusting tie. Front oval plate of blue and black reading . Also brass plaque. Red lining with tie string. Some spotting to top of yellow bag, light edge wear to same and one small moth hole; otherwise very good.
