The Xiangtuiping vase, elephant leg shaped vase, is characterized by a short, waisted short neck and tall, straight sides, wider toward the faceted shoulder, with flaring rim. The exterior decorated in cobalt blue hand painting depicted two elderly sages and a humble attendant within garden landscape. Elegantly presented upon carved hardwood stand.

Mark on receded base, a six blue seal script -ZhuanShu- characters maker's mark.
