The Chinese porcelain finely potted unto double gourd shape bottle vase, two conjugated globular body, heavier to the lower, gently rounded to narrow opening. All reserved in pale-turquoise-green underglazed ground. The underside left unglazed, revealed pale-creme ground, enclosing the receded underglazed central base. The immaculate porcelain body covered with a characteristic silky glaze, pooling on the base slightly veiling the mark.

Mark on receded base, a six blue seal script -ZhuanShu- characters reign mark, QianLong Reign Period of Great Qing.

Property of Robert J Braidwood by descent; Acquired in 1961, from Wolf's Antique furniture & China, Coldwater, Michigan.
