From the Alan Thomas collection a pair of scrapbooks that focus on the logging railroads around the White Mountains of New Hampshire. (1) Research material on Rice's book going back the 1960s along with snowmobile and Lombard log hauling information. (2) Book of photographs on logging freight car components. Lots of truck shots, spacers, link & pin couplers, etc. Almost exclusively White Mountains photographs. Some mill scenes. Unusual Bebbe River shot. These lumber operations photos are very interesting. These books like all of the others should be seen.
