China, Neolithic Period, Hongshan culture, ca. 3000 BCE. An aesthetically pleasing, simple pottery form from a Chinese tomb: a diamond-shaped bulbous body with a wide flaring rim almost as tall as the body itself, and two strap handles on either side of the body. Size: 3.25" W x 4.7" H (8.3 cm x 11.9 cm)
