Work never published. It is a complete treatise on Scholastic-Dogmatic Theology, composed by Domenico Diani, on completion of his studies at the Seminary of Ferrara, under the guidance of Professor Antonio Benadusi. The work is as follows: I: De Sacramentis in Gender et Baptysmo, 1790-91 school year; II: De Confirmatione et Eucharystia, 1791-92; III: De penance Tractatus, 1792; IV: De Extrema unctione, De Sacred Order, Deque Marriage, 1792-93. Each volume bears the title-page with the title and year, different parts of the volumes end with an index, excluding the second volume that is missing from the last pages of the treatise on the Eucharist: therefore ends with the Caput Secundum PROPOSITION Secunda of the final part of the Treaty. Antonio Benadusi, Professor of Theology at the Seminary of Ferrara, where he was a boarder Domenico Diani, published in 1774 his Theses philosophicae and in 1779 three works of theology that have title Disputatio theologica first ex tribus, Disputatio theologica de Deo secunda ex tribus, Disputatio theologica de Christo last ex tribus. Domenico Diani published in 1794, shortly after the preparation of this manuscript, its Theses theologicae.
