The Chinese porcelain bottle vase potted in shape of slightly tapered bulbous body with slanting shoulder toward columnar neck supporting slightly flared rim, raised on countersunk straight and low foot base. The exterior all covered in pale-red underglaze ground, while outer rim left white. The glaze show crackled marks. The porcelain vase displayed upon a carved hardwood stand.

Mark on base, a seal mark, of six blue script -ZhuanShu- characters, QianLong Reign Period of Great Qing.

Dimension: 7-3/4" H x 5-1/2" Diam. (stand): 1-1/4" H

PROVENANCE:
Acquired from a vast Connecticut estate collection in 2007 with records indicating that they were purchased over several years during the early 1900's and up until the 1915's from the JS Ltd Company New York. Pieces of history being passed on to the future.
