1st item: Hand colored lithograph, ''American Black or Silver Fox'' after James W. Audubon printed by J.T. Bowen (American, 1801-1856) octavo edition of "The Quadrupeds of North America" Plate 116 and engraved by W. E. Hitchcock. Sight - 6-1/2" H x 9-1/2" W. Framed - 13" H x 16" W. Together with framed book pages describing the American Black or Silver Fox. 15-1/4" H x 19-1/4" W. 2nd - 4th items: 3 U.S. Government Railroad Survey framed colored mammal engravings, Plates I-III, engraved by R. Metzeroth and drawn by J.H. Richard, circa 1859. Titles include VULPES (UROCYON) LITTORALIS,BairdLYNX FASCIATUS, RA. FIG. 1/FELIS CONCOLOR, L.
