The simplicity and beauty of the Luristan blade - with its curved edges and tapered point - speaks to how superior their bronze work was. The Hungarian blade, with its elevated and flattened wide ridge, has a more geometric shape and the drilled holes for attaching a handle give overall a different impression than the narrow tang of the Luristan blade.
