Description
Greece, Hellenistic Period, ca. 330 to 30 BCE. A gorgeous cup with twin small handles and a vine decoration in relief around the lower part of the body. The bowl was thrown on a potters' wheel inside of a stamped mold, probably designed to give it the appearance of metalwork. Size: 5.3" L x 3.6" W x 2.9" H (13.5 cm x 9.1 cm x 7.4 cm)
