An Edwardian 18ct gold garnet five-stone ring. The graduated cushion-shape garnet line, with openwork gallery and plain band. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1904. Ring size R 1/2. Weight 3.9gms.

Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.

Band shows evidence of resize, some thinning and discolouration.

Wear to the hallmarks, legible.

Garnets are a slightly brownish and purplish red.
