ENGLISH WEDGWOOD HISTORICAL CERAMIC TEA ARTICLES, LOT OF 34, including two small, oval sugars, one with a cover and one without, eight cups and eight saucers, and one teapot; all having in polychrome enamels of the "Liberty China" design, bearing the shield of the United States flanked by the flags of eleven Allied nations, gilding on rims, handles, and foot rims. Most plates impressed "WEDGWOOD" and "ETRURIA / ENGLAND", several cups marked in red "WEDGWOOD / ETRURIA ENGLAND", and other painted numbers and markings. Also includes a copy of "LIBERTY CHINA AND QUEEN'S WARE" privately printed for Mrs. Robert Coleman Taylor by Doubleday, Page & Company, 1923. Wedgwood Pottery, Staffordshire, England. Circa 1918. Teapot 5 3/16" H.
28 pieces undamaged, one mug with several cracks, otherwise scattered flakes and tight hairline cracks on others; book is in good condition with minor wear to the spine.
