Item Details
Description
Pre-Columbian, Mayan Territories, ca. 500 to 900 CE. What a fun and happy little skull! From a large Mayan incensario where perhaps a dozen or more of these pottery skulls would have adorned the outside, with deep-set eye sockets and full toothy grin. A great piece of Mayan art! Custom stand. Size: 2" H (5.1 cm)
