Description
Egypt, New Kingdom, 1550 to 712 BCE. This is a small faience cup with a cartouche on it. It has a slightly rolled rim and a faint cartouche from the Ramses period; it is unfortunately unreadable. The faience is beautifully dark turquoise. Size: 1.4" W x 2.15" H (3.6 cm x 5.5 cm)
