This lavishly decorated Guan vessel features a beautiful color pallet of Famille Verte enamels over a glowing yellow glazed ground. The entire wall is richly adorned with painted scene of a garden setting with scholars and various encircling borders of floral and brocade patterns. The base unglazed.

Condition

The Guan Vessel is in overall very good condition with minimal traces of age and wear on the glaze. A few minor losses on the glazed surface and rubbing to the paintwork.
