This is a bronze axe head with a characteristic curved shape and narrow socket; based on the patina, it has a very high copper content. As ever, during this time, central Asia was a crossroads; people here were influenced by Iran in the west and the Indus Valley civilizations like Harappa in the east; however, they had their own distinctive bronze style.
