A COLLECTION OF FIVE BING & GRONDAHL POLYCHROME PAINTED PORCELAIN FIGURES, GREEN AND BLUE MAKER'S MARKS, SECOND HALF 20TH CENTURY, each painted in the traditional pastel color palette of dusty blue, white, grays, and pale browns, and with green underglaze three tower hallmark over "B&G/Kjøbenhavn" on base, the collection comprising "Youthful Boldness" or "First Kiss," no. 2162, in the form of a boy in blue kissing the cheek of a pigtailed girl wearing a full skirted dress, reversing to an underside with maker's mark over additional green "B&G/Made in/Denmark" over blue stamped "B&G" over green "2162" and "P," height: 7 3/4"; "Who is Calling," no. 2251, a boy in blue wearing a sleeping cap and holding a pale tucked under his right arm and looking upward to his left, reversing to an underside with green maker's mark over "Made in/Denmark" above blue stamped "B&G" over green "2251" and "O," the rim embossed "K10," height: 6 1/2"; "Horned Owl," no. 1800, the owl with head turned slightly to its right and perched atop a white ribbed base reversing to an underside with maker's mark over additional green "DENMARK" above blue stamped "B&G" over green "1800" and "P," the rim embossed "D13," height: 4 1/2"; "Dickie," no. 1636, representing a small boy bending over to pick something from the ground, reversing to the underside with his right foot branded with maker's mark over additional green "DANMARK" over "B&G" above vertical blue stamped "B/&/G," his left foot with "1636" alongside "T," height: 3 1/2"; and "Goose," no. 1902, in the form of a white and gray feathered goose pecking the ground, reversing to an underside with maker's mark below green "1902," a small green "x" near leg, height: 1 1/2". All five fine porcelain Bing & Grondahl pieces in excellent condition, with no cracks, chips, or repairs. All clearly and correctly marked.
