AMERICAN COIN SILVER FLATWARE ARTICLES, LOT OF THREE, comprising two backward-tipped fiddle back spoons in different lengths, each with molded flower basket decoration to handle tips, the longer example marked "L. SAWYER" possibly for H. L. Sawyer, of New York, NY, the shorter unmarked, each with different monogram; and a sugar tongs with shell-form tips marked for George W. Striker, of New York, NY, with similar molded flower basket decoration, and engraved "DeWitt". Total weight: 2.19 ozt. Second quarter 19th century. 5 1/2" to 6" L.
Very good condition overall, with expected minor dents/bending, tongs with old professional silver repair to break on one arm.
