James Henry Owen (American (North Carolina), born 1866-1923), likely 1920s. Lead-glazed earthenware vase of baluster form with two rounded applied handles on shoulders and neck, overall with yellow to orange glazing. Marked on bottom with stamped mark reading "J.H. OWEN" within circle. Overall approximate height 9.7", diameter of foot 4.4". Provenance: From the Estate of Dr. Woody and Mrs. Honor Cobbs, Atlanta, Georgia
