Lot of (2) bronze sculptures by Douglas Downs (American, 20th century).
One bronze depicts a Native American in a buffalo headdress with horns, holding a bow and arrow in his left hand and a rattle in his right hand. Signed,dated,and numbered: "Douglas Downs, 1988,16/25". Measures 6" x 6" x 9.5"
Second bronze depicts a Native American in a feather headdress and feather costume. Signed, dated and numbered: "Douglas Downs,1989, 31/35". Measures 6.5" x 7" x 10.5".
Both brones are mounted on a circular mahogany plinth base.
