Description

A fine Dietz #6 bellbottom frame made for the Boston & Albany Railroad It has a 5 7/8" tall globe. It has the #6 with star pattern on the very top with a nice curved dome. There are a few variations on this marking. It's 100% original in all ways right down to the odd #6 style pinch pot and brass burner. The globe is a nice example with an extended base and the B&A RR initials in an oval panel. There is a faint Corning Cnx hallmark on the back of the globe. This lantern displays very well.
