Two Old Chinese Calligraphies, Late 19th - Early 20th Century.
1. Calligraphy by He Shixun. This calligraphy is on paper that is mounted on a fabric and paper handscroll. It is signed and is approximately 64 7/8 inches long by 13 1/4 inches wide.
2. Calligraphy by Xu Baofu. This calligraphy on paper is mounted to a paper scroll, and has two seals. The scroll is approximately 47 3/4 inches long by 12 3/8 inches wide. Condition: They are both in good condition. On the second calligraphy some of the characters, there are small spots of paint missing, and the paper has aged. Condition applies only to the art or calligraphy, and not to the backing, frame, or mounting.
