Condition:

Both paintings are in an optically good condition, consistent with age. They bear signs of age and wear. One of the paintings is relined. Both works show partial color abrasion along the edges due to framing. In places the surfaces display minimal craquelure. Under UV-light several, partially larger touch-ups appear. The dimensions including the splendid frames measure 71.2 x 90.1 cm and 71.7 x 89.5 cm, while the dimensions of the canvases are each approx. 47.5 x 65.7 cm. (nlu)
