Description: This Chinese bronze hand warmer is caste and engraved with Chinese motifs along the sides. Two Rooster heads on either side of the the warmer hold circular, bronze handles. 8 x 9 x 7" .
History: Whiled not a true "ding" design, this hand warmer has many of the original design elements. In Chinese history and culture, possession of one or more ancient dings is often associated with power and dominion over the land. This Chinese handwarmer is in very good condition. Upon inspection there were no scratches, dings or dents to the item.
There are a few small patches of discoloration and some residual bronze polish in the recesses
