Day 3 of 3 - Palm Beach Auction, 7th Annual

Day 3: Over 200 estate paintings, including Old Master works through modernist and even some outsider works. Also, Florida artists like Harold Newton, Pervis Young, Miami and 50 works by Delray Beach artist Herman Schreiber who produced works from the 70's through the 90's in a hyper-realistic style all in the pastel medium. Represented are works by Jane Peterson, Felix Ziem, Henri Le Sedaner, David Burliuk (3), Antonio Jacobsen (2) and many others. Asian and Russian items, include numerous jade from the Ming dynasty on, an exceptional 19th century ivory carving of the empress and her attendants under a natural bonsai growing out of a rock cliff overhang plus a 15" Hu vase from the Ming Dynasty in cloisonne. Jewelry and watches include a Patek Philippe, diamond necklace, 2.25c. diamond ring etc.
