IMPORTANT, VERY FINE antique Carved Chinese Bamboo Brush Pot, of straight cylindrical body, elaborately deep carved in detail depicted continuous scene of group of sages in various pursuit within waterside and mountainous forest landscape of rock-works, pine trees and foliage; raised on tripod shallow legs. Showing calligraphy inscription of title poem on a hill side boulder. Banded on the outer lips and foot base. The brush pot displays fine-craftsmanship with deep and smooth carving, with golden honey hue patina.
