Description
Chinese, Qing Dynasty Yongzheng Period Mark (1722-1735), likely 20th century. A porcelain flask form vase with allover ox blood glaze thinned at rim, side ribs, and handles revealing white pottery beneath, the flattened form with squat bulbous base raised on octagonal foot and surmounted by tall neck with flaring quatrefoil rim with two square handles at shoulder. Marked to underside with impressed Yongzheng imperial reign four character mark. Approximate height 14.875", width of mouth 6.125".
