Description

A large size Manassas note from this charter has not been auctioned in the 21st century. And for the record, some significant Virginia holdings have been dispersed in that time period. There are just eight other large survivors known to exist. Those eight are clearly closely held. The note offered here has good signatures and looks close to a VF. The left margin has three splits and there is a less than half inch internal paper split present.
