With scabbard, curved double fuller blade, approximate blade length 35", marked "U.S./1865/A.G.M." on right ricasso and "C. Roby/West Chelmsford/Mass." on left, brass 2-branch guard with brass wire wrapped brown leather grip, iron scabbard has double suspension rings and inspector stamp "G. W.C.", other side of drag numbered 28.

Condition

Good with smooth silver-gray patina on blade, few chips on edge, few dark spots on blade, brass grip has dark patina, grip complete leather and wire, light scratches visible on scabbard, light metal color with few dark spots.
