Unnumbered, brass, with engraving: "Gasc & Charconnet Opticiens Fabte Breveté S.G.D.G. 7, Rue Chapon Paris". Focal length approx. 35 cm, with very interesting swing-out "quick change" washer-stop-holder as an alternative to the "Waterhouse" stops introduced in 1850. Note the beautiful light conical form of the lens tube! With lens cap. Height approx. 185 mm. front lens Ø approx. 60 mm. Rare portrait lens!
