Pre-Columbian, northern Peru, Moche, ca. 300 to 500 CE. Lovely pottery vessel in the form of a human face. Blackware molded kero with portrait quality image of a male. Almond-shaped eyes, labret in his lower lip and deeply incised hair on reverse. Size: 4"H.
