Pre-Columbian, southern Peru, ca. 200 to 400 CE. Interesting pottery jar decorated with motif of a killer whale on each side. The whale is morphing into a feline, with whiskers and Picassoesque facial features. Between the two whale images, a small bird looks over his shoulder. Size: 6"H (15,24cm).
