Large tank section used as set dressing on the Starship Dry-dock in Star Trek: The Motion Picture. The Enterprise can be seen docked at the Dry-dock in the opening of the film, which served as a repair station that completed the refit of Starfleet's flagship. This model piece was made by the production and believed to have been used on the "blown-up" larger filming model when the Enterprise leaves the dry-dock. Made from three large plastic tanks with small pieces of plastic, styrene and model pieces attached. This item features a green and brown rust motif, with a piece of tape on the back placed by production that reads "Return to Star Trek Art Department Rick Sternback".
