Description
VERY RARE SEAHORSE MINIATURE HANGING OIL LAMP, cast metal and brass, circular scalloped top frame, rust wash finish, marked "Buckingham Swope & Co. Baltimore, MD"; hangs on ornate brass filigree chains; with three Seahorse-form feet, drop-in font, opaque white beehive chimney-shade and period burner. Complete with brass wall mount. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. 14 1/2" H to top of chain; lamp 5 1/8" H top of chimney-shade, 2 3/4" to top of collar.
