Description
A rare Pre-Columbian figural fineline bottle, ca. 450 - 550 AD. It is 11 in high and features a highly detailed individual seated atop the chamber, with hands resting on the knees. His face shows the ravages of disease or brutal punishment, as much of the upper lip and nose are absent. The chamber is decorated with four figures, most likely depicting a market scene. Ex Miami estate.
