the square brass face inscribed George Dougherty, Dublin, below a green man mask centred frieze, surmounted by a broken arched swan necked pediment, fronted by floral burst, above a waisted body with panelled door, between fluted quadrant pillars, raised on a cavetto moulded plinth, with fielded panels, supported on bracket feet
