Panormi: typis Francisci Valenza, 1758. In-4° (mm 295x200). Pagine XXIV, 206, [2] bianche, 207-270, 277-358 con 1 carta di tavola incisa in rame. Frontespizio in inchiostro rosso e nero con vignetta xilografica, testatine, capilettera e finalini incisi in legno nel testo. Legatura coeva in piena pergamena rigida rimontata, con titoli manoscritti al dorso. (1)

L'Autore fornisce dei precetti igienici molto saggi per le donne incinte e contribuisce alla diffusione della pratica del parto cesareo, indicando i casi dove non si dovrebbe esitare a praticarlo; nata da esigenze pastorali prima che scientifiche, questa trattazione ha lo scopo di garantire l'eterna salvezza del nascituro nei casi di parto difficile, attraverso il cesareo appunto, da praticarsi sia su donna morta che su donna viva.
