About the artists: Painter.
Born on April 7, 1908 in Warsaw. By nationality, a Pole. In 1916, the Puzyrevich family moved to Russia. Until 1933, Alexander Adamovich lived and studied in Moscow.
Since 1933 until 1935 he served in the ranks of the Red Army in Leningrad. On the recommendation of the command of the unit, at the end of the service, he entered the Surikov Art Institute in Moscow.
In 1942, the Art Institute was evacuated to Samarkand, where A. Puzyrevich and defended his diploma. He studied in the workshop of I. Grabar. After defending his diploma, he taught at the Samarkand Art College.
In 1947 he moved to Tashkent, where he was engaged in teaching, painted, took part in exhibitions.
In 1953, for health reasons, the family moved to Simferopol (Crimea), where Alexander Adamovich taught at the N.S. Samokish Art School until his death in 1968.
The artist's works are stored in art mesas, art galleries and private collections around the world.
