American. 1930s. Pressed steel. Lithographed tin. A rare collectible with a trailer that came in several colour variations. This is the one with the red sides. Marked, "Marx Toys", on sides of trailer and passenger door of car. Total length: 22". Car: 4" x 14" x 4". From the Late John D. Anderson Collection.

Fair condition. Partial tabs underneath prevent the connection between underside and body. Shows oxidation, blemishes, some dents, and impressions. Untested. Trailer shows impact to both sides, with some oxidation/soil to surface.
