Issued as part of the series "Sotto il dominio del Tripartito... relazioni del Comitato d'informazioni interalleato in Londra." OCLC lists four copies, at Stanford, the Library of Congress, Bar Ilan University in Israel, and at the National Library of Wales. There are also a few institutions with runs of the series, but with no indication whether this key pamphlet is within the runs. That it is the Italian language issue is significant, being that Italy was part of the Tripartite Pact along with Germany and Japan.

Some soiling, staining, light ceasing and minor chipping to wrappers; very good.
