Early postwar pro-German and patently anti-Semitic book: 'The Crime of Our Age' by Dr. Ludwig A. Fritsch, a retired Lutheran pastor (printed privately, probably in Chicago, 1949), 88pp. 8vo., in illustrated heavy stock boards. A full-throated endorsement of pre-war Germany and its leadership, claiming that the victory of the Allies was an absolute disaster from a 'Christian' and 'white' point of view. Chapters include: 'Roosevelt's Satanism...Italy and Germany Creators of Christian Culture...Germany the Protector of Christianity and the White Race...The Allies Invented the Concentration Camps...We Americans Have to Take Over Germany's Mission...' and much more. Two pages within are toned due to acid offsetting from a promotion pamphlet for the book tucked within, as well as a printed facsimile of a letter sent by Fritsch to German speakers. Covers soiled, else very good. A very rare book!
