Description
An original woodblock print by Utagawa Hiroshige, 1797 to 1858, a Japanese ukiyo-e artist, considered the last great master of this genre painting tradition. The artwork depicts a river landscape. Titled Cherry Trees in Leaf by Sumida River. From the Famous Sights of the Eastern Capital series, Toto meisho, ca. 1831, Edo Period. Titled in Kanji on the right. White mat, black frame. Collectible Art Prints, Oriental Landscape.
