Extremely rare, made by W.H. Miller of the Union Springs Specialty Co., Union Springs, New York. This early teens bait pre-dates the Miller's Reversible Minnow and shares several of the same features, such as Miller's through body fine wire rigging and yellow with gold hand painted spotted finish. Purchased from the maker's son many years ago, this important early lure exhibits uneven varnish and finish, and has wear from decades of storage in Miller's tackle box. Measuring 4 1/8" in length and utilizing a rotary head design with a turned spinner and bulbous body section. Believed to be one-of-a kind.
