He favored the art movements of fauvism and cubism, and wanted to fuse the two styles together to explore "the infinite wealth of the space between figuration and abstraction." Great Condition. Very subtle light surface marks to the canvas. An indentation to the canvas, visible to side of glass. (right middle of painting) A little wear on the frame.
