Description
Paris Porcelain Part Dinner Service, Nineteenth Century. Each piece surrounded by a gold border of alternating palmettes and tall daisies, the centers and covers surrounded by a wreath enclosing a roundel, comprising an octagonal sweetmeat dish, a shell-shaped dish, two kidney-shaped dishes, pair of two jam pots and covers on fixed navette form stands, twelve 8.75- inch plates, and twelve 8.625- inch dessert plates, unmarked. (30) Octagonal sweetmeat stand: H: 2.625 in., W: 8.375 in., D: 8.5 in. Provenance: Property from the Collection of Cortlandt and Nancy Knowles Parker, Greenvale Farm Estate and Vineyard, Portsmouth, Rhode Island.
