With engraved plaque Powell & Lealand Makers, London, 1842.
With twin columns over a flat tripod base, adjustable compass joints supporting the body of the microscope, with plano-concave mirror, on sliding collar, rack-and-pinion, course and fine focusing, one eye piece and one objective.

No case.

H: 19 W: 10 1/2 D: 8 1/2 in.

From the Estate of John A. Davidson, Jr. Proceeds to benefit the APL of Lorain County and the Dittrick Museum.

Condition
