Description
English 925 sterling silver cutlery punched by 'G.A.' (George Aldwinckle) in London between 1875 and 1878. Comprising: 12 table forks (21.3 cm); 8 table spoons (22 cm); 12 dessert forks (17.5 cm); 12 dessert spoons (18 cm); 6 teaspoons (14.5 cm); 2 ladles (18.5 cm); 1 colander (15 cm) 1 sugar tongs (13.5 cm). Enclosed is a document of provenance.
A unit of sugar tongs (12 cm) with the same pattern and Sheffield marks year 1898. Set of 12 coffee spoons (13.2 cm) with the same pattern and Sheffield marks, 1916.Â
